Adding House Account Transaction

There are two types of house account transactions:

1. Credit: this transaction can be added by paying for an order using the House Account payment method, to do so you have to make sure that the order has an assigned customer with house account enabled then when paying the order, select House Account payment method and enter the amount.

Note: This will add credit to the customer’s account if the customer has not reached their House Account limit.

2. Debit: Customers can pay their balance by submitting a payment to their house account in any branch in your business. To do so from the cashier: – Tap on Home on the bottom. – Tap on House Account Payment. – Select the customer. – Enter the amount that the customer wants to pay/deposit and choose how the customer is paying (using which payment method). – Tap on Save.
