A delivery zone is an area that is identified by optional coordinates to indicate which branch can serve this zone.
Each zone can be assigned to several branches and customer addresses.
During Call Center Orders, if a customer is requesting delivery, they can only make an order from a branch that is delivering in the customer’s zone that is assigned to their address.
How to Add a New Delivery Zone
In the Console > Manage > More > Delivery Zones:
- Click on Create Delivery Zone then fill the required fields.
Note: You can edit or delete a delivery zone by clicking on it and edit or delete it from the form options.
