CSR initiatives towards our partners and society
Delivery services are critical for the control of the pandemic and therefore we strive to keep our service lively and robust.
In collaboration with Marsool, we aim to decrease the losses that have been recently forced upon both restaurant and grocery store owners. As a gesture of support to Foodics clients, Marsool has waived their sale commissions for two months until the end of May 2020.
Through our collaboration with delivery apps in our Marketplace, we have introduced contactless & cashless delivery, allowing for greater safety for all parties during the delivery phase.
To soften the impact of COVID-19 restrictions on the restaurant community, we recently introduced the “Tastamir” Initiative. Through this initiative, we aim to empower business owners by promoting Foodics eGift Cards.
Through Foodics eGift Cards, customers will be able to stand by their favourite restaurants and cafes struggling during this difficult time, and obtain a 20% cashback with their purchase! a win-win situation for both parties!
3 Months of Call Center Feature For Free
Cleverly dealing with customers is the essence behind every business operations’ success and growth. To facilitate the services provided to customers in the times of lockdown, we came up with the initiative of providing our customers with a free 3months subscription license to our Call Center service. We highly encourage our clients to activate this service so they can start taking their customers’ orders smoothly.

This grants them the option of pausing their subscription and avoiding voluntary disruption which in turn reduces the costs required to sustain their business and still being able to resume it at a later time.
