The integration will enable retailers to engage with customers effectively through loyalty points & stamps programs directly from Foodics cashier without any other physical setup requirements

Enabling The Integration

To enable this integration, you must have the following:

  • A Greenbill account
  • Greenbill digital receipt service

If you don’t have Greenbill account or digital receipt service, contact Greenbill team to create an account for you

After meeting the above conditions, follow the below steps to enable the integration

1- Sign in to your Greenbill account at retailer.greenbill.net/login

2- Sign in to your Foodics account at console.foodics.com/login

3- Navigate to Marketplace page –> Search for GreenBill Loyalty under Loyalty category –> Click Install

4- Foodics will ask for your permission

Click Authorize to proceed

Click Cancel if you want to cancel the process

5- After clicking Authorize, you will be taken to Greenbill. If you got a successful message, the integration is active. If you faced an issue, contact Greenbill team for support

6- Go to your Greenbill dashboard

7- Go to Loyalty section. Create a new loyalty program by filling the form or contact Greenbill team for further discussions and suggestions that will help you choose the right options

Once your loyalty program is submitted and reviewed by Greenbill team, your loyalty program will be applied automatically to all of your branches without any physical setup

8- In each of your Foodics cashiers, Click HOME –> Sync Data

Then, the integration will be ready to be used


Using The Integration

The integration works in two ways,

  • Giving rewards to your customers. For example, when the customer gets three stamps, the customer will receive a reward of 15% discount that can be used in future orders
  • Allowing your customers to redeem their rewards in Foodics cashier

Customer Rewards Earning

Stamps earning for customers is automated by the integration

Stamps earning happens when a customer makes an order at your shop that meets your Greenbill loyalty program criteria

You must add the customer to the order so that Greenbill can identify the customer

When making an order in cashier, follow below steps to add customer to the order

  1. Create new order
  2. Click ADD CUSTOMER on the top of the left view
  3. Select the customer if pre registered, or click the + icon to create new customer
  4. Proceed with the order
  5. Once the order is closed and paid, the customer will receive his stamp

Note: Greenbill loyalty has a Time To Deserve setting, which defines when the customer will receive his stamp

For example, if the customer purchased product Y, and your loyalty program has Time To Deserve set to 10 minutes, the customer will not get his stamp until the 10 minutes pass

If the customer returned product Y before the 10 minutes pass, then the customer will not receive a stamp

Customer Rewards Redeeming

The customer visits one of your branches and informs the cashier that he has Greenbill reward and would like to redeem it

The cashier user will do the following

  1. Create new order
  2. Ask for customer information (name or mobile)
  3. Click ADD CUSTOMER on the top of the left view and add the customer to the order
  4. Click MORE on the top right –> Redeem Reward
  5. If you have more than one loyalty integration, the cashier app will ask you to select the integration. Select Greenbill Loyalty. If you have only one loyalty integration, the cashier app will directly ask you to enter the reward code
  6. Ask the customer to give you the reward code
  7. Enter the reward code and click Apply
  8. If the reward is valid, the cashier app will show the reward details to the cashier user. If the reward is invalid, the cashier app will show error message
  9. Assuming the reward is valid, the cashier user will confirm with the customer
  10. Click Redeem to apply the reward

Now the reward is applied and the customer can enjoy his reward
