Enabling The Integration

You must have a Greenbill account to enable the integration. If you don’t have one, contact Greenbill team to create an account for you

1- Sign in to your Greenbill account at

2- Sign in to your Foodics account at

3- Click Here

4- Foodics will ask for your permission

Click Authorize to proceed

Click Cancel if you want to cancel the process

5- After clicking Authorize, you will be taken to Greenbill. If you got a successful message, the integration is active. If you faced an issue, contact Greenbill team for support

6- Go to your Greenbill dashboard

7- Go to Branches section, click Sync with Foodics button to automatically add all of your Foodics branches.

8- Go to Cashiers section, click Sync with Foodics to automatically add all of your Foodics cashiers.

Now the integration is ready to be used

Using The Integration

In order for your customers to be able to receive digital receipts from Greenbill, the following conditions must be met

  • The order must have the customer added to it, so ensure the cashier user adds the customer to the order
  • The customer must have Greenbill mobile application with active account

If above conditions met, the customer will receive his digital receipt in Greenbill mobile app
