This integration will allow you allow you to receive orders from Mrsool directly in your Foodics cashier

Note: You need to register with Mrsool as a partner in order to be able to use this integration. If you are not already registered with them, visit Mrsool Registration Form to register

Branch Configuration in Foodics

For the integration to work properly, you must ensure that your branches in Foodics are configured correctly

1- Ensure your branches have correct opening/closing timings

2- Ensure your branches have correct location information (latitude/longitude)

If you want Mrsool to show only certain products from your Foodics menu, you have to identify these products with unique products tag

If you don’t identify a tag for Mrsool, Mrsool will show your entire Foodice menu

Follow below steps to add the tag:

1- Sign in to your Foodics account at

2- Navigate to Manage –> More –> Tags

3- Scroll down to Product Tag –> Create Tag –> Name it Mrsool

Now that you have created the tag, the next step is to assign the tag to the products you want to show in Mrsool

Follow below steps:

1- In your Foodics Console, navigate to Menu –> Products

2- Select the products that you want to assign Mrsool tag to, use the Check Box to select multiple products

3- After selecting the products, click on Actions –> Add Tags

4- Select Mrsool tag –> Click Apply

Now whenever Mrsool syncs your Foodics menu, Mrsool will only show the products that have Mrsooltag assigned to them

Enabling The Integration

1- Sign in to you Mrsool account at

2- In the same browser, open a new page, sign in to your Foodics account at

3- Navigate to Marketplace page –> Search for Mrsool under Online Ordering category –> Click Install

4- Insert the product tag name that you used to identify Mrsool products in Foodics. If you followed the instructions in the previous section, the tag name will be Mrsool


6- Foodics will ask for your permission

Click Authorize to proceed

Click Cancel if you want to cancel the process

7- After clicking Authorize, Mrsool will be connected to your Foodics account

8- Check with your account manager in Mrsool to confirm that the integration is ready with no issues

How to Receive Mrsool Orders in Foodics Cashier

Mrsool Orders will be received as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article


Q1: Mrsool is sending orders to my restaurant but I’m not receiving them in Foodics cashier application

A: Please check the below points

1- Sign in to your Foodics account at, then go to Orders Page. This page will show you all API orders that are in Pending status

2- Is there any pending orders from Mrsool?

If Yes:

  • Make sure you have implemented all needed steps to receive online order as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article
  • In the cashier app, click HOME –> Sync Data
  • Ask Mrsool to send new orders to test, orders should be received in the cashier

If No:

  • There is an issue at Mrsool side in sending orders to your Foodics account. Please communicate with Mrsool and inform them that there are no orders created from Mrsool in your Foodics account
