Order is an online platform that allows you to create a website and mobile application for your restaurant to receive orders from your customers directly.

When you integrate Order with Foodics, you will be able to receive all orders coming from the website & mobile app directly on your Foodics cashier

Enabling The Integration

1- Sign in to your Foodics account at console.foodics.com/login

2- Navigate to Marketplace page –> Search for Order under Online Ordering category –> Click Install

3- If you already have an account in Order, sign in to your account. If don’t have an account on, register as a new user

4- Once you sign in to Order dashboard, navigate to settings

5- Activate Foodics Integration Settings, and choose between send any new order directly to Foodics or activate the manual sending, then Save

6- Foodics will ask for your permission

Click Authorize to proceed

Click Cancel if you want to cancel the process

7- After clicking Authorize, Order will be connected to your Foodics account

8- You will be taken back to Order settings page and you will find a new button on “Foodics Integration Settings” called “Sync”, click on this button every time you need to pull your menu & branches from Foodics.

How to Receive Orders from your Order Integration in Foodics Cashier

Orders from your Order Integration will be received as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article


Q1: Customers are placing order in my Order website and mobile app, but I’m not receiving them in Foodics cashier application

A: Please check the below points

1- Sign in to your Foodics account at console.foodics.com/login, then go to Orders Page. This page will show you all API orders that are in Pending status

2- Is there any pending orders from your Order integration?

If Yes:

  • Make sure you have implemented all needed steps to receive online order as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article
  • In the cashier app, click HOME –> Sync Data
  • Send new integration orders to test, orders should be received in the cashier

If No:

  • There is an issue at Order integration side in sending orders to your Foodics account. Please communicate with Order and inform them that there are no orders created from thier side in your Foodics account
