Introduction

Swift Order is a mobile application that helps customers placing an order to your store in a very simple manner

  • Determine store location
  • Place the order
  • Confirm order pick up time or the delivery time

With Swift Order, customers don’t need to waste time by standing in long queues and wait for the order to be ready in kitchen

Enabling The Integration

1- Sign in to your Foodics account at console.foodics.com/login

2- Navigate to Marketplace page –> Search for Swift Order under Online Ordering category –> Click Install

3- Sign in to your Swift Order Account. If don’t have an account on Swift Order, contact Swift Order team at info@swiftorderapp.com to proceed with creating your Swift Order account

4- Once you sign in to Swift Order dashboard, click on Foodics Configuration Tab on navigation side bar

5- Click CONNECT WITH FOODICS

6- Foodics will ask for your permission

Click Authorize to proceed

Click Cancel if you want to cancel the process

7- After clicking Authorize, Swift Order will be connected to your Foodics account


How to Receive (Swift Order) Orders in Foodics Cashier

Orders from Swift Order will be received as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article


FAQ:

Q1: Swift Order is sending orders to my restaurant but I’m not receiving them in Foodics cashier application

A: Please check the below points

1- Sign in to your Foodics account at console.foodics.com/login, then go to Orders Page. This page will show you all API orders that are in Pending status

2- Is there any pending orders from Swift Order?

If Yes:

  • Make sure you have implemented all needed steps to receive online order as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article
  • In the cashier app, click HOME –> Sync Data
  • Ask Swift Order to send new orders to test, orders should be received in the cashier

If No:

  • There is an issue at Swift Order side in sending orders to your Foodics account. Please communicate with Swift Order and inform them that there are no orders created from Swift Order in your Foodics account
