Wssel is an online ordering and delivery service operating in Saudi Arabia, where customers can make online orders through Wssel Mobile App

Wssel allows customers to track orders live on the map, and even contact Wssel customer care and delivery specialists at ease

This integration will allow your restaurant to receive orders from Wssel directly on your Foodics Cashier Application

Note: You need to register with Wssel as a partner in order to be able to use this integration

Enabling The Integration

1- Sign in to your Foodics account at

2- Navigate to Marketplace page –> Search for Wssel under Online Ordering category –> Click Install

3- Sign in to your Wssel Account. If don’t have an account on Wssel, contact Wssel team to proceed with creating your Wssel account

4- Once you sign in to Wssel dashboard, you will find a pop message titled Foodics Upgrade Alert. Click on click here


6- Foodics will ask for your permission

Click Authorize to proceed

Click Cancel if you want to cancel the process

7- After clicking Authorize, Wssel will be connected to your Foodics account

Note: The above part will activate the integration from Foodics side, you will need to contact Wssel to configure the integration from their side

How to Receive Wssel Orders in Foodics Cashier

Wssel Orders will be received as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article


Q1: I have activated and configured the integration but I can’t see my Foodics combos in my store on Wssel Application

A: Wssel doesn’t support combos in the integration

Q2: What can I do in my Wssel dashboard in regard to this integration

A: Wssel dashboard allows you to do the following

  • See your store menu
  • Change prices on the restaurant level or on branch level for products and modifiers
  • Activate/Deactivate products and modifiers on restaurant level or branch level

Q3: Wssel is sending orders to my restaurant but I’m not receiving them in Foodics cashier application

A: Please check the below points

1- Sign in to your Foodics account at, then go to Orders Page. This page will show you all API orders that are in Pending status

2- Is there any pending orders from Wssel?

If Yes:

  • Make sure you have implemented all needed steps to receive online order as explained in the Accept Online Orders Article
  • In the cashier app, click HOME –> Sync Data
  • Ask Wssel to send new orders to test, orders should be received in the cashier

If No:

  • There is an issue at Wssel side in sending orders to your Foodics account. Please communicate with Wssel and inform them that there are no orders created from Wssel in your Foodics account
