- Embarking on a common mission of knowledge sharing and development in F&B
- Giving the Kingdom’s workforce the right skills to prepare them for today’s job market
Our ambition is to continue to shape the F&B industry and to give business owners the freedom to focus on growing while we take care of the rest. From that ambition came the development and launch of our very own Foodics Academy, a unified hub for various courses related to the Foodics ecosystem and the F&B sector.
Through Foodics Academy, we partnered with Sabbar, a Saudi tech-startup which launched in 2019 to create technology solutions to boost the recruitment process in the retail, hospitality, and entertainment industry. Sabbar is transforming the way people work with the belief that a job can change a person’s life, innovating ways to make work easier and accessible for everyone.
What will be the focus of this partnership?
We are always looking to enrich the different markets, and partnering with Sabbar allows us to give the Kingdom’s workforce the right skills to prepare them for today’s job market. This will be achieved by offering numerous courses and certifications to help them develop and learn. We are kicking it off by offering the Foodics® Certified Cashier course to 300 of Sabbar’s members.
What will participants gain from this course?
- They will be awarded a certificate from a leading technology partner in the F&B market in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
- Facilitate enrollment and acceptance in the ministry of tourism pioneering initiative
- Get access and privileges to job opportunities with +10,000 restaurants and coffee shops in the KSA
- The opportunity to build their knowledge
- Acquire job-ready skills
- Get deep insights into how to productively & efficiently manage the cashier work
We are absolutely thrilled to be partnering with Sabbar and creating outstanding initiatives that will support and further enhance the F&B sector in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
